Rev. Grace Woo is a pastor on a mission. She is an Executive Pastor of
Vision Okto Church in Florida. Pastor Woo is a leader of Ezra Christian mission and RAPTURE multinational Christian Center. Also, she is a pioneer of the Five Visions. She was a main preacher at the Pastors’ conference. She led seminars, conferences, and revival assemblies more than 37 years. She is the CEO of Miracles Ezra Worldwide Rehab Center and certified Christian Counselor

Dr. Steven J. Levy is the main doctor of Miracles Ezra Worldwide Rehab Center.
He developed the Levy Technique after earning his doctorate degree in Chiropractic from Life University in Marietta, Georgia. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from The American University in Washington, D.C.
He is certified in Physiotherapy from Brenau College in Atlanta, Georgia. While he was in Atlanta, he studied neuromuscular therapy.
This therapy is used for pain control, as well as to increase the body’s range of motion.
Dr. Levy’s clinical experience includes care for participants in The New York Special Olympics and The New York 3 Day Avon Breast Cancer event.
He has treated members of the Connecticut Regional Tennis Conference, the United States Tennis Association National Zonals and has provided care for the participants in many golf tournaments in Long Island.
